Lauren has been creating content and developing digital strategies for businesses for over a decade. In the early days of social media, she spent several years as the founding editor of AllTwitter, a leading social media blog covering Twitter breaking news and best practices, building it into the number one Twitter resource on the web. During and following her time at AllTwitter, she acted as an instructor for several digital marketing courses and boot camps, teaching professionals how to best develop content and social media marketing plans. She is a frequent guest speaker at college and university classes, and is the author of two digital marketing ebooks.

For the past five years, Lauren has acted as a consultant for B2B businesses, advising clients on their content and social media marketing strategies and helping them craft compelling content that generates leads and builds their reputation.

Neil brings more than a decade of experience in social media campaign management, video production and business development to our clients. In 2007, just as Facebook enabled third-party developers to access their platform, he co-founded Facebook app development house levelsocial to develop apps for clients across various verticals from e-commerce to fashion. At the forefront of digital technologies, Neil was brought in to EA Mobile to help acquire mobile social gaming platform J2Play and found EA’s Kitchener office. During this time, Neil took over as the managing editor of SocialTimes, rapidly growing the team and and pivoting the content to focus on emerging social networks which contributed to its acquisition by Adweek.

Since founding Insightful, Neil focuses on helping businesses develop and distribute useful B2B content through paid and organic social advertising campaigns. Neil also launched Insightful Productions, a video marketing division that focuses on meaningful content distributed through emerging video channel marketing campaigns.
